The Insider’s Secret in Getting Best Place To Host a Website
A frequently-asked query:
Whats the best site to host a website like Blogspot, WordPress, etc.?
I’ will host a Music Website. Already have had a YouTube channel with many subscribers but I cannot do much there. Time to open a blog you think? Can anybody help?
Answer: You are right in thinking o open a blog. However, it needs a lot of effort to review and decide which web hosting company would you use. There are a lot hosting sites you can use both free and paid ones.
For example in free hosting sites, the most popularly used by lots of bloggers are WordPress.com and Blogger. Why do you think they are using WordPress.com and Blogger? Well, aside from the fact that they offer free hosting, you can easily create your website after signing up for them. They offer lots of themes and plugins that you can use. There is no problem if you already had a domain, you can mapped it with WordPress.com and Blogspot.
Sad to say, free hosting offers limited features. you are given an allowable disk space storage, bandwidth, number of mysql databases, ftp accounts and the like. Furthermore, with free hosting, it doesn’t allows you to completely customize your website like CSS editing and use custom themes and plugins like in the case of WordPress.com.
That’s why, many websmasters prefer to start in a paid web host. In the case of WordPress, it has a free downloadable version available at wordpress.org which you can use to install a WordPress site to your server. Or you could use an automatic installer like Fantastico and QuickInstall to install a WordPress site in just a few minutes. Self-hosted WordPress solves the problem regarding WordPress.com’s limited features. It allows you to completely edit your CSS, use custom templates, use custom plugins and much more You can refer to the slide below in which is better to use- Blogger, WordPress.com or a Self-hosted WordPress?

To be honest, no web hosting service is perfect. Drawback of Hostgator includes:

- You need to pay full price after your first invoice – well, they need to make money too and all the support and great service do come with a cost

This service provides easy 1-click installation and management of WordPress.
Hope this helps.
It really depends on what you need to do. Blogspot and WordPress are really good at blogs, but that is all. They don’t have the ability to have a bunch of different pages, or they don’t do it very well. If you want a bunch of different pages, like a Photo Album, Videos, users, about me, and a blog, (and more) then you would be best to go with Webs or Google Sites.
Blogspot – is now Blogger. Go to Google’s homepage and click ‘more’ then click ‘even more’ and scroll down.
WordPress – http://wordpress.org/
Webs – http://www.webs.com/
Google Sites – just go to Google’s homepage and click ‘more’
I would recommend you check them all out and see which one you like better and which one allows you to do more of what you want, they are all really good in their own ways.
I really like two hosts. Brinkster.com and Godaddy.com I think Godaddy will be better for you because they have tons of free plugins and services that you may need.
Don’t get fooled by those limited hosts. Get a real hosting account and have a professional blog with http://easydch.com/wordpress
This uses WordPress but like I said it is in a REAL hosting account where you have total control over the theme, plug-ins, etc. as well as you can put ads on the page to make some $$$.
