Disappeared Small business web hosting account?

Question: Hi
I signed up for Yahoo’s small business web hosting last month, but about last week I could no longer connect to my site or access my account. I also can not use the help server whatsoever since Yahoo says I do not have any account related to small business web hosting. How can this be? I’ve paid with PayPal, my money has been deducted. Is there anyway I can contact them and ask what happened to my money, and the disappearing account? This is all so frustrating. Thanks in advance.

Answer: Based on your business hosting question, here is our suggestion. If you are looking for a business hosting or even the best domain host, your best option is to go with Hostgator. Well, they are not totally free – you have to pay $0.01 (by entering the coupon code below at checkout). This coupon code is usable for any shared hosting and even the $24.95 Aluminum reseller hosting. We suggest you do not waste your time with any other unreliable business hosting.

If you are not only looking for a business hosting, but also a good cheap hosting, we suggest you try MyHosting. It is hard to find any negative MyHosting review so we believe they are the best because they give unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage, unlimited addon domains, Site builder and much more for such a low monthly price. You can get MyHosting for only $4.84/month.

Do you have more suggestion? Do you disagree with us? Please leave your comment in the box below.

I’ve tried various differing hosting providers who’ve had many problems.
For the last 4 years now, I’ve been hosted with http://www.hostmonsterplus.com and haven’t been happier since nor considered changing again.

I’d personally refund my money from Yahoo as I hear they’re almost as unreliable as GoDaddy.

And I’ll give you my recommendation of http://www.hostmonsterplus.com
They have uncapped storage and transfer.
They will give you a free domain for the life of your account.
They have php and mysql, i use these all the time.
You can also add as many domains (.com, .net, …) as you like so you can have many different sites for 1 hosting price.
They also give you free $50 Google Credits for advertising your site.

If you go with them and have any trouble making your site feel free to PM me, I have a lot of experience there.

Whatever you choose to do, the best of luck to you.
