has anybody used ix Web Hosting / Yahoo Small Business…?

A business hosting question:

Is it better or worse than Yahoo?

They’re both pretty much the same but ixWH is cheaper and you don’t have a 3 month contract

    Yahoo might be better because it is bigger and reliable company.

    There are many good hosting providers like bluehost, ipower, hostmonster etc…

    But we have been using Omnis web hosting and we are satisfied with them.
    They offer 300 GB webspace, 3000 GB bandwidth and multiple domain web hosting. They are also giving away free domains to new customers.

    I’m not sure what you’re asking? You just want to know which is "better?" Without really knowing your needs in a web host that is an impossible question to answer? In a way, your question kind of looks like spam and an advertisement for ix.

    However, to answer your question the best I can, I would say stay away from ix web hosting. They offer the unrealistic promise of unlimited disk space and unlimited data transfer. If you doubt me, call them up and tell them you would like their basic plan for $5.95 per month and tell them you need 50 terrabytes of disk space immediately because you have lot of video files and you have about equal amount of data transfer needed.

    See what they say. If they can’t give it to you for that price, I wouldn’t trust them. How could anyone?
