Faxing from International location without a fax machine
Question: I got a message like below when I logged into my ShareASale account. How do I remove it by sending the letter? I do not have a fax machine nearby.

Answer: Do not worry, the majority of ShareASale affiliates fall into this category – not a United State Citizen, and do not live or work in the United States – and you do not have any employees or own any equipment in the United States that is related to your ShareASale earnings. You can write the declaration letter using MS Word, sign and scan the letter (or sign using a drawing software like Photoshop), then use one of the hosted fax services to send the letter via fax to ShareASale. You do not need to have a fax machine.
