Is yahoo small business a good idea for web hosting in India?
Question: I am from Delhi and looking for a domain name and website. I do not know programming so I am looking for a hosting solution who can provide me with free templates etc. I also do not know programming etc. Can any one suggest good host which should be available for less than Rs. 2500 all inclusive. Please do not give any technical jargon as I won’t understand it.
Answer: Based on your business hosting question, here is our suggestion. If you are looking for a business hosting or even the best domain host, your best option is to go with Hostgator. Well, they are not totally free – you have to pay $0.01 (by entering the coupon code below at checkout). This coupon code is usable for any shared hosting and even the $24.95 Aluminum reseller hosting. We suggest you do not waste your time with any other unreliable business hosting.
If you are not only looking for a business hosting, but also a good cheap hosting, we suggest you try MyHosting. It is hard to find any negative MyHosting review so we believe they are the best because they give unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage, unlimited addon domains, Site builder and much more for such a low monthly price. You can get MyHosting for only $4.84/month.

I don’t know about Yahoo… Here is a good resource:

Try Kohli Hosting! You get Specials AT 10
10GB Space for Rs 520 per Year and Rs 500 for .com domain
And if you take same package for Rs 1999/- you get web templates free over 1000 different kinds of templates…
I would say when you are looking for hosting, you should be working with companies that have dedicated themselves to hosting. I am not saying that yahoo isn’t good, but they are expensive, and their tech support and stuff are not really benchmarked.
You should be looking for a hosting company that offers cPanel, which is the one and only control panel for web servers classified as *good*, The host should allow you to put up unlimited number of add on domains, and don’t really have a limit for the number of inodes, which is the catch that most hosts have on their clients. You should also have a good amoutn of diskspace and bandwidth, and enough processor resources to run all your sites from it.
I guess jaguarpc is good with all these. Checkout http://www.jaguarpc.com/r.php?a=92057.89
