    I’ve never used google’s blogger so I’m not sure what to recommend that’s better than it. As for me I love LiveJournal and I still use it now- I’ve gone through a couple sites, like Xanga etc., but LiveJournal has a really strong focus with community, so you’ll find lots of like-minded people if you search by interest. If you just want to get your stuff out there and attract lots of readers, websites like wordpress and blogspot are really popular.

    When it comes to ease of use, LJ has heaps of space for customisation and skins, and tags make it really easy to track what you’ve posted. I think LJ is best in terms of ease of use, but I’m biased, of course.

    Apart from that blog host, which I use for it’s great community, I think wordpress is the best. It’s easy to use and customise.
