I am not exactley sure what you mean, but from what i think your saying, IPage offer domain hosting for new domains or already owned domains. They have WordPress parts I am pretty sure, and they offer over $125 in advertising credit with yahoo, google, and facebook.

I think its the best value, its for $3.5 a month, which is .50 above GoDaddy but they also offer you a free domain, award winning support, website templates, plus not to mention the $125 in advertising credit, plus they throw in site statistics, and email address for your blog. (you@yourblog.com)
